Kevin campbell | Executive Director

Kevin Campbell is a visionary leader committed to transforming lives through affordable homeownership. As the Executive Director of the Raleigh Area Land Trust, Kevin is helping to shape the housing landscape in Wake County. His commitment to community well-being offers a vision of a future where everyone has a place to call home. 

Kevin found his calling to lead affordable homeownership solutions in 1988. Over the years, he has navigated various sectors, including real estate, finance, government, and faith-based organizations. 

As the former Managing Director of the Puerto Rico Recovery Program at Habitat for Humanity International, Kevin oversaw a five-year, $60 million initiative. His strategic approach included comprehensive recovery objectives such as construction, land tenure, workforce development, and policy advocacy.

With a wealth of experience as the former President/CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County and key roles at the national level, Kevin's leadership has left an indelible mark. An early, unattributed quote has guided Kevin in his work at various organizations and various geographies and still does--”there is no end to what can be accomplished if it doesn’t matter who gets the credit.”
