About Raleigh Area Land Trust:
Raleigh Area Land Trust (RALT) increases affordable housing opportunities in Raleigh and Wake County by offering shared equity homeownership opportunities to lower income residents. RALT’s mission is to protect neighborhoods from the affordable housing crisis, ensuring that lower income individuals and families can afford to live in their community while preserving lasting affordability for generations using the Community Land Trust (CLT) model.
RALT is the only CLT operating in the Raleigh/Wake County area. In an effort to protect long-term affordability and access to housing in Raleigh and Wake County, RALT was established to bring the nationally successful CLT model to the area.
