Raleigh News & Observer: Legislation proposes incentives to bolster affordable housing

U.S. Rep. Wiley Nickel has introduced the Keep Housing Affordable Act, which aims to provide incentives for developers to extend the affordability period of low-income housing in North Carolina up to 50 years.
