Two single-family homes were purchased, rehabbed, and resold to income-eligible homebuyers in 2023 to pilot the CLT in Raleigh, NC as part of our broader Wake County effort.

The homes were upgraded in partnership with Rebuilding Together. Funding was provided by HUD: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program which supports community development activities to build stronger and more resilient communities.

The CDBG grant funds were administered and managed by the City of Raleigh.
