Krista Padgett is recognized for her unique ability to develop inspiring visions and implement the detailed strategies needed to achieve them. With 25 years of experience at Habitat for Humanity International, where she served in roles from AmeriCorps construction leader to chief of staff for executive leadership, Krista has gained valuable insights into various stages of the organizational life cycle. She understands how to invest deeply, navigate the iterations of an organization as it evolves, and identify the requirements for meaningful vision, culture, and change over time.

She is passionate about helping organizations and leaders reach their full potential by developing effective processes, systems, and habits. Her diverse expertise includes risk management, organizational design, learning and organizational development, program operations, dispute resolution, and executive & leadership coaching.

A Raleigh resident for over 20 years, Krista is excited to shift her focus from global housing issues to supporting affordable housing in her local community through RALT.
