More About Income Requirements

Our program serves individuals and families making between 40-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Wake County set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development each year. The 2025 limits have not yet been released and selection is based on 2024 income limits.

*Income limits noted in the chart with an asterisk are eligible for Cottages of Idlewild properties.
