Advising nonprofit and for-profit developers, Doruk Onvural handles a range of affordable housing, community development and real estate transactions nationwide. His legal practice encompasses the acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of housing projects financed with a mix of low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, FHA-insured loans, and state and city funding sources.

Doruk was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina, where his mom continues to live. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011 with a B.A. in philosophy, and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 2015. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and dog.
